Norayr Mehrabyan awarded "Komitas" Medal of the RA Ministry of Diaspora
On July 1, RA Deputy Minister of Diaspora Stepan Petrosyan participated in “Barekamutyun” Dance Ensemble’s concert at the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet after Al. Spendiaryan. The concert was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Ensemble’s artistic director, RA People’s Artist, recipient of the “Movses Khorenatsi” Medal, Norayr Mehrabyan.
